Elizabeth Silva Started working in the Real Estate world back in 2002 after being laid off from a 20 plus year career in retail. I began as a receptionist for several years and moved to an office administrator in a small Real Estate office. In 2007 I was asked to join Keller Williams as their office manager of 120+ agents handling all escrow, commissions and financials. I retired in 2016 to take care of my grandchildren as my daughter completed one of her degrees at Old Miss.

Full retirement was not for me however, so for the past three years I have done odd temporary assignments as a bookkeeper and assistant. Then lucky for me Steve Medeiros gave me a call. He had just started as an agent/broker at the Keller Williams office that I managed when I retired. He was now looking for an assistant to bring his business to a higher level.

I now have the best of both worlds. I am working part time for Steve and am able to work around my grandchildren schedules.
